The custom O'Donnel 12 GA shotgun that was called the "Pepper Mill" because of it rotating barrels. "Give 'Em Some Pepper!"
The basic version is a Rare shotgun that is able to fire one barrel at a time in rapid succession. It is capable of killing multiple targets in a row unlike the basic Drobulet Shotgun.
They can be found in Weapon Crates, however, player weapons follow special rules that determine how they are spawned. See Weapon Crate for more info.
