Mechanical Parts are an Uncommon Spare Parts resource used in Trampler construction. All trampler parts require some amount of mechanical parts in order to be built.
Mechanical parts can be purchased from the shop in the orbital station. Curiously, they can not be sold to the shop currently, making them unique amongst items in that they have no resale value.
Alternatively, they can be found in Parts Crates and they may occasionally drop from npc coral creatures in small quantities upon death.
